Something to pass on to pickleball players. I recently ordered a new aluminum core paddle without an edge guard, and I asked if this type of paddle should be left in the truck of your car during the warm months of the year. I had asked this question as I knew that tennis titanium rackets would warp under these conditions. The answer I got was that paddles should never be exposed to heat because of the glue and any metal on the paddle. Check your paddles, and if the edge guard is loose, it should be re-glued.
